While many complain that all songs these days sound the same, this song is in an entirely different league of its own.
Earlier this week we found which tune was the happiest song in the world and while this song from Kosaka Daimaou may not make you happy, it will surely give you a giggle.
In the past, we’ve had weird and wonderful songs which bizarrely make it to the top of the charts such as Gangnam Style and The Ketchup Song and another guaranteed to join the wacky hit list is Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen.
Pen-Pineapple-Apple-Pen, by Piko-Taro, is a song about fusing an apple, a pineapple and a pen together and ultimately celebrating the creation.
According to Spoon & Tamago, music artist Piko is a creation coined by comedian and DJ Kazuhiko Kosaka, who began performing as part of his comedy shows.
Performing under Piko-Taro, the comedian/DJ/singer is now setting the internet alight with his unusual song.
