A new chart has claimed to be able to tell how smart someone is by their musical taste.
The graph was compiled by Virgil Griffith and is based on the favourite music of students at several music colleges, according to the Facebook pages of the institutions.
However, the results have been fairly controversial, with the chart saying that those who listen to Beyoncé, Lil Wayne and Jay-Z are most likely to be “dumb” while those who choose Beethoven, Sufjan Stevens and Counting Crows were said to be the smartest.
