There’s not a lot of things that get us this excited, but the announcement of a Girls Aloud and Spice Girls X Factor weekend has kicked us into a Girl Power frenzy!
According to Heat World, X Factor judges, Mel B and Cheryl Fernandez-Vercini spoke about the possibility on the Jonathon Ross Show.
“We want to actually do a themed weekend (of live shows) where it’s Girls Aloud versus Spice Girls, that would be fun right!” said Cheryl.
“I hope you’re watching that Simon, make it happen,” Mel B hollered in the background, before adding, “We did speak about collaborating the other day.”
Meanwhile, it seems that the pair are good friends as Mel B also revealed that she wouldn’t sign up for another season unless Cheryl signed up too.
“I knew that I’d get on with her straight away. How can you not?” she added.
The programme will be aired on TV tonight.
