Selena Gomez’ latest duet is so random but it works really well

This is last person we expected her to collaborate with.

On Friday, Selena Gomez released her new single It Ain’t Me on Spotify, a collaboration with dance producer Kygo.

So far, so normal.

Then in the early hours of this morning, Vin Diesel posted a new video on his Facebook page, and there he is dueting with Gomez on the dance track, like this is a thing that just happens now.

Is this for real? Is this real life? We would’ve been inclined to believe that Vin was just having a laugh – did you listen to his voice suddenly drop about fifteen thousand octaves for that first chorus?

He took to Instagram to announce with nothing but pure sincerity just how happy he is with the end product.
