The song, which was originally released in 2013, has sold 1.42 million units in 2014 already.
The UK Official Charts Company confirmed that the pop hit has sold over 300,000 copies more than its nearest competitor on the list, Clean Bandit’s ‘Rather Be’.
That track topped the singles chart in January, has sold 1.1 million units this year.
Close on its heels third top seller in 2014 is John Legend’s ‘All Of Me’ with sales of 885,000, whilst Mr. Probz’s ‘Waves’ and Pitbull’s ‘Timber’ featuring Keisha rounds off the top five.
