This sounds class.

Longitude is fast approaching and while we were already delighted about the line-up, we’re excited to see what extra features they have planned. This year it seems Heineken are pulling out all the stops for their Sound Atlas area.

Each year they have a brilliant theme, with previous years bringing Irish music fans a taste of Tokyo, Berlin and Brooklyn. And this year they are going Parisian.

Heineken has announced their Sound Atlas Paris area and it sounds great. Throughout the weekend, Sound Atlas will host an array of DJ talent, bringing with them the unique sounds of the French capital. In true Sound Atlas style, festival-goers will also be able to skate around a custom-built roller disco and refuel on donuts.

To whet the appetite of music lovers for Longitude, Heineken Sound Atlas will bring Paris on a nationwide tour, hosted by legendary Parisian DJ Etienne de Crecy.

It will be in the following locations in the run up to the festival, June 15th – Opium Rooms, Dublin
June 16th – The Library Bar, Limerick, June 17th – Havana Browns, Cork, June 18th – Electric Garden, Galway.
