Flight Facilities, Savages and Ásgeir are among the first acts to be announced for this year’s Body & Soul festival.
The annual arts and music festival will be held at Ballinlough Castle in Co. Westmeath from Friday June 19th to Sunday June 21st and will also see Austra, Goat, Nightmares on Wax, Rhye, Lamb, Matthew E White and Dan Deacon take to the stage.
The festival has stayed true to its practise of compiling an innovative and eclectic line-up, with Talaboman (John Talabot and Axel Boman), James Holden, Clark, SOHN, Mmoths, Brandt Brauer Frick, Songhoy Blues, Natalie Prass and Shit Robot all slated to appear, alongside Alo Wala, Oy, New Jackson, Jonathan Toubin, Meltybrains?, King Kong Company and Grounds For Invasion.
If you can’t wait for June, the organisers of the festival will host Eriú at the the IMMA on March 16th, with Jape, R.S.A.G, The Máirtin O’Connor Band, Katie Kim and Jennifer Evans all on the bill.
