Barbie Girl is an anthem.
From the awkwardly painful dialogue at the start, right through to the end where Barbie miraculously overcomes a disability, it’s an extremely gripping affair.
The video is equally as ridiculous as the song. Here’s what I consider to be the most ridiculous parts.
This ridiculous and blatantly fake bird.
This equally ridiculous and blatantly fake bird.
Ken’s driving glove. Vile.
This appalling backdrop.
This gravity-defying hairstyle.
Barbie’s ring ON HER WEDDING FINGER. Hussy.
This is not a real dog, Barbie. Please stop treating it as such.
Ken’s eyebrows. Mate.
These insufficiently-inflated floatation devices are of no use to anyone.
The sky isn’t supposed to go down that low. ARE THEY LIVING ON THE MOON?
Barbie’s arm fell off. Ken, instead of seeking medical attention, delicately holds the appendage.
Ken insensitively mocking Barbie’s new disability instead of being supportive. Pig.
Oh brilliant, it appears to have been re-attached.
Get a grip Ken, she’s cheating on you.
