Two weeks ago, Coldplay released a teaser for the latest offering from new album, Ghost Stories.
The ‘Magic’ lyric video had the rumour mill in overdrive after it was suspected that the song was about Chris Martin’s very public “conscious uncoupling” with wife of Gwyneth Paltrow.
The official video stars Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon actress, Ziyi Zhang, as a magician, with Martin doubling up as both her loyal assistant and brutish husband.
“And if you were to ask me, After all that we’ve been through, Still believe in magic, Oh yes I do…”
We’re looking forward to hearing what else the new record has to offer.
Ghost Stories is released Friday May 16th but can be pre-ordered now from iTunes worldwide at itunes.com/coldplay.
