Yet another fantastic cover track from Scott Bradlee and Co.

Scott Bradlee has become an online viral sensation after proving that everything new can be old again through incredible YouTube cover track.

The pianist from Long Island, along with his his ad hoc group Postmodern Jukebox, rework 21st century pop hits in a variety of vintage styles.

Previously he has transformed Miley Cyrus’ ‘We Can’t Stop‘ into a ’50s-style doowop number, Macklemore’s ‘Thrift Shop‘ a ’20s jazz accent, and even crossed Daft Punk’s ‘Get Lucky‘ with Irish folk music.

This time round it is Bray native Hozier’s anthem ‘Take Me To Church‘ that has received some Postmodern Jukebox treatment.

Be prepared, this power-house performance will blow you away.

It appears that the rendition is proving quite the hit:

Following a fantastic sell-out show at Whelan’s in June, Bradlee’s Post Modern Jukebox is returning to Irish soil.

Bradlee and Co will to take to the stage of Belfast’s Empire Music Hall on February 6th and Dublin’s Vicar Street on February 7th.

Tickets for the gigs are priced £16 / €25 (inc. booking fee) and are on sale now from all usual Ticketmaster outlets.
