Taylor Swift paid a visit to the BBC Radio One studios today and performed an exclusive cover of one of our favourite songs.
Vance Joy, who joined us recently for The Sunday Sessions, has been enjoying Irish airplay with his hit track ‘Riptide’ for over a year now.
The track, which took Joy almost fours years to complete, became a global hit and thousand of renditions have flooded the Internet since its release.
Swifty gave radio listeners a treat after performing her own track ‘Shake It Off‘.
The songstress didn’t give much away, telling Fearne Cotton: “This is one of my favourite songs that came out all year. For me it was a no brainer”.
This is without doubt the best cover of the Aussie sensation’s hit track.
