One of our favourites from last year’s X Factor Andrea Faustini has reportedly signed a big money record deal.
According to reports, the Italian singer is preparing to fly to LA to work on his debut album which it is believed he will release later this year.
Reports have stated that his first album will consist of a number of original songs.
“Andrea signed a deal with RCA after weeks of discussions with various labels within Sony,” a source told the Daily Star Sunday.
“Label bosses are confident he can be an international star with the right songs and are on the lookout for some of the world’s best writers to work with him,” the insider continued.
“There may be one or two covers but the album will be predominantly original material.
“In fact, some songs have already been submitted for him which are big, epic power ballads.”
Andrea finished third on last year’s show, behind winner Ben Haenow and second place Fleur East.
