Before you hit the hay tonight, don’t forget to put your clock forward by an hour.
It’s officially summer time, which means that midnight tonight magically turns into 1am and you get one hour less sleep (unless you treat yourself to a sneaky lie-in).
Most smartphones and laptops will automatically update their time settings but if you have an alarm clock, wall clock or watch, you’ll need to do the dirty work yourself.
Otherwise, we suppose it’s a handy excuse for being late on Monday morning…
