So it turns out dreams actually do come true, Dublin has been chosen alongside London and Los Angeles, to host an inflatable Moe’s Tavern.
Yep… you heard us right, the infamous local from The Simpsons will be blown up and open for business in the capital next month.
Inflatable Pubs Global is an Irish run company that offers it’s customers more than just the run of the mill marquee. Speaking to DublinLive the company’s owner Lisa McMahon Winters says fans of the Simpsons will be pleasantly surprised,
“It’s made from the same material as a bouncy castle, but the interior will be an exact replica of the one in the Simpsons, we are even hoping to be able to import and provide Duff beer like Homer drinks”
This isn’t the companies first foray into famous pubs as Lisa explained,
“We have done an inflatable Queen Vic for an EastEnders fan, and we can do The Rovers Return from Coronation Street or McCoys from Fair City, or even the ‘local’ from back home for emigrants.”
A time date and location for the Dublin branch of Moe’s has yet to be revealed but DON’T WORRY, we’ll keep you posted.
