The EuroMillions jackpot tonight was worth a staggering €51,154,443 – and plenty of people were hoping that they had the lucky ticket.
The winning numbers for the main draw were: 13, 21, 23, 30, 45, with the lucky stars 4 and 6.
While nobody won’t the top prize – or the 5 + 1 Stars – eight players walked away with €35,193.
The first Irish winner of the night won after matching 4 numbers plus the two lucky stars, scooping up €2,221.
Meanwhile, the winning numbers for the EuroMIllions Plus draw were 4, 6, 27, 35, 39.
Nobody managed to win the top prize of €500,000 unfortunately, but 50 players won €2,000 after matching four numbers.

The whole country was seething with jealousy when it was announced that the Euromillions had been won in Ireland last week. It was later confirmed that the ticket was sold in The Village Shop in Malahide, Co. Dublin.
The family who have won have said that it’s been a blur since they found out the unbelievable news. A spokesperson for the group said:
“This is life changing. It is amazing to think that we and our family members are now secure for the rest of our lives. But we won’t go crazy. We have no plans to move to the moon!”
