Woman arrested after attempting to break into Prince George's school
The 40-year-old woman was arrested this afternoon.
Police were called to the school of Prince George after a woman reportedly tried to gain access.
The woman was arrested around 2pm today after she attempted to break into the school yesterday.
Prince George was reportedly in the middle of lessons at the time of the break-in at Thomas’ Battersea School.

The woman remains in police custody as they work to review to school’s security arrangements in light of the incident.
“The woman was arrested in the vicinity of the school and has been taken to a south London police station where she remains in custody,” reads a statement from the Metropolitan Police.
“We are working with the school, which is attended by His Royal Highness Prince George, to review its security arrangements after the incident.
"Police are part of the protective security arrangements for the Prince and we will continue to work closely with the school, which is responsible for building security on its site."
It was reported last week that there would be hourly checks on the school to ensure its safety and that of the pupils.
This all comes just one week after another woman filmed herself inside the school after she managed to get past security.
The 54-year-old said the lack of security was “rather worrying” just one week before the arrival of the future king.
