The thing every couple wishes they remembered on their wedding day

You'll really regret this afterwards.

Cathy Donohue

It might be tough to manage this but there’s no denying you’ll be glad you did afterwards.

If you’re in the midst of wedding planning, the guest list might prove a major bugbear as you try and decide on the all-important final number.

There’s a lot to sort out in the run-up to the big day and the last thing you want is getting so stressed you can’t enjoy the occasion you’ve put so much time and effort into.

Another thing that can take over on the day is worrying about your guests and that everyone is having a good time.

This can be very difficult depending on how many people are invited, as you and your other half try and make sure you get around to chat to every single guest.

Stop. Right. There.

every couple regrets

Understandably, you want your nearest and dearest to have the best day ever but part and parcel of that is remembering why the celebration is happening in the first place.

After all, it’s your wedding and no one wants to look back and have regrets, thinking that you should have done various things differently.

Don’t think you’re alone in this either as this is something that happens many couples, through no fault of their own and they often end up wishing they had taken some time together to celebrate their special day.

Celebrity wedding planner David Tutera completely agrees with this too and reiterates how essential it is for the two getting married to actually spend time together.

In conversation with Brides.com, he said:

“What’s been happening is couples separate to their friends and don’t hang out with their significant other on their celebration.

That’s not good. That’s something I am trying to force people to understand is incredibly important”.
