Lots of beauty fans swear by high-end products for creating a flawless base, especially those of us who struggle with hyper-pigmentation or acne. But we've come across a budget foundation that looks like it could put some of our expensive ones into permanent retirement. UK blogger Kadeeja Khan shared a clip of herself using Makeup Revolution's Fast Base Foundation Stick to Instagram and said she was very impressed with the result.
