Getting your hair and makeup done is generally a great thing to do. You get to sit around and do almost nothing while somebody else makes you look semi-presentable using a range of products that you absolutely could not afford to buy for your own home because you spent all your money on things you definitely don't need like rent and food. Most salons will offer you a tea or a coffee when you're getting your hair done. Some will even offer you a sneaky glasses of prosecco because why not, you deserve it. There is one salon though that has absolutely out-done all the others in terms of what's on offer when you've got someone else sorting out your hair. Dublin's Brown Sugar is now offering customers the option of a full breakfast or lunch meal while they get their roots, highlights, or just a simple old blow-dry done. The flagship Sugar Culture salon on South William Street has teamed up with Fallon & Byrne to create a menu that nobody's going to be turning their nose up at. It includes a cajun chicken buddha bowl, some porridge with berry compote, a goats cheese and vegetable ciabatta, and a tabbouleh with humous, aubergine, and roasted veggies. The salon also offers all the usual suspects too like tea, coffee, gin, and prosecco. We're getting hyped up for a cut and blow-dry just thinking about it.
