There is one salon though that has absolutely out-done all the others in terms of what's on offer when you've got someone else sorting out your hair.
Dublin's Brown Sugar is now offering customers the option of a full breakfast or lunch meal while they get their roots, highlights, or just a simple old blow-dry done.
The flagship Sugar Culture salon on South William Street has teamed up with Fallon & Byrne to create a menu that nobody's going to be turning their nose up at.
It includes a cajun chicken buddha bowl, some porridge with berry compote, a goats cheese and vegetable ciabatta, and a tabbouleh with humous, aubergine, and roasted veggies.
The salon also offers all the usual suspects too like tea, coffee, gin, and prosecco.
We're getting hyped up for a cut and blow-dry just thinking about it.
