Putting on false lashes can be a difficult enough process at the best of times.
You’ve got to make sure not to smudge your eye makeup, that you’ve got the right amount of glue and, of course, that you don’t poke yourself in the eye.
And that’s all before you take them off.
Once the lashes are off, it can be tricky to find somewhere safe to keep them.
After all, they can easily end up crumpled if you don’t have somewhere to protect them.
But one girl’s trick for protecting false lashes has gone viral this week, and it’s easy to see why.
Twitter user @daniellehaighx shared the “life changing” trick on Twitter this week, where it quickly went viral.
She advised:
“False eyelashes always getting wrecked shoving them in ur bag??
“Go treat urself to a kinder egg ur welcome ladies x”

Alongside the message, she shared two photos: one of the outside of the toy packaging, marked ‘lashes’; the other with her lashes and glue safely tucked away inside.
The post has gotten more than 11,000 retweets and more than 43,000 likes since it was first posted.
But it was the comments that showed Dani’s hack really struck a chord with people.
Plenty of social media users tagged pals in the comments, while some shared their own photos of toy packaging from a recently purchased Kinder Egg.
