Despite the fierce weather brought by Storm Chandra, Kate braved wind and rain on Tuesday (January 27) to visit several organisations in Northern England, promoting community and nature for those affected by trauma or mental health struggles, and all while looking effortlessly stylish.
Kate opted for a smart and timeless look, sporting a tweed jacket and tan trousers for a visit to Wakefield Trinity Stadium, however, she changed into a practical ensemble a bit later on to explore the local countryside.
As the storm clouds slowly rolled away, leaving behind some rather soggy conditions, Kate remained perfectly dressed for the weather while still looking effortlessly stylish.
She wore an olive green Friel Utility Jacket from Dubarrys of Ireland, which she wore for the first time on one of her trips to Ireland in 2020.
She then 'outfit repeated' the jacket for her tenth wedding anniversary video the following year, and it now seems to have become a staple in the future Queen’s wardrobe.
She paired the jacket with coordinating, fitted olive green jeans and practical hiking boots.

Real fashion fanatics will also recognise the Baker Boy cap she previously wore in her recent 'Winter' video project.
Kate was joined by the Mind Over Mountains organisation, which offers professional mental health services through outdoor experiences.
The Princess of Wales then wrapped up her day with a visit to Family Action, a charity of which she is a patron.
