Now that the summer is beginning to wind to a close and temperatures will start to drop towards the end of September into October, we need to prepare our skin for the change.
Skincare expert Khan says when it comes to building an easy skincare regime, people should stick to products that aim to hydrate their skin and are rich in vitamin E, vitamin D, hyaluronic acid, and glycerin "as it helps boost the moisture levels in your skin".
Khan also advised that people should start to see skin differences within two weeks but should wait until two months later to see the overall skincare benefits from the products.
