belly bloat

You’re welcome.

Greetings from someone who has a tendency to eat really quick, and suffer after.

We all know that horrid, bloated feeling that hits after a big meal, or devouring something fast.

Or maybe you’re just prone to bloating, it happens.

Anyway, belly bloat actually cause serious discomfort – so I am here to help!

There are things you can do in order to prevent bloating from occurring!

Read on, and let me know if any of them work for you…

Water, always.

So, a great way to lessen the bloat is to remain hydrated. Try drinking a pint of water about 30 minutes before you sit down for a meal.

The 30-minute gap will make sure that there is no water in your stomach to dilute the hydrochloric acid. Also, apparently drinking water with a meal could be counter productive!

Spice up your life.

So a lot of the time, you’ll be bloated because of indigestion.

Well, according to Byrdie.com, cayenne pepper stimulates digestion and eases gas and can also relieve pressure and cramping. Lash in a bit of this baby to a drink of choice, and off you go.

Charcoal (yes, really).

Seriously, is there anything activated charcoal can’t do? From teeth whitening to spot clear up – it is a miracle supplement.

Charcoal is able to absorb hundreds of times its own weight in toxins, so if you include a charcoal supplement in your diet, you may find less bloat.

You’re welcome.
