Miss Universe Contestants Go Bare-Faced As Part Of #ConfidentlyBeautiful Campaign
Women participating in the Miss Universe 2015 competition have posted no make-up selfies in support of the #ConfidentlyBeautiful campaign.
The Miss Universe Organization (MUO) said it wants to use the trending hashtag to "empower women to be self-confident and strive to be their personal best".
A photo of the newly-crowned Miss Universe 2015, Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach, was posted today with the caption: "my first day as Miss Universe has officially begun. Starting it off fresh-faced and confidently beautiful".
