Pinterest’s 2017 wedding report has thrown up some interesting results, including the most popular style of wedding dress for this year and a new trend where couples are getting married minus the traditional bridal parties.
When it comes to bridal makeup then, the social media site has revealed a surprising statistic for this year with a berry shade proving the most popular search for wedding day lipstick.
Yep, according to stats collated by Pinterest, searches for bridal berry lips have gone up by 71 per cent over the past year.

It’s not the norm given the fact that soft makeup, particularly the nude lip & smoky eye combination, has previously dominated bridal beauty but it’s definitely refreshing to see that new trends are emerging.
