Russian politician’s giant square perm is absolute hair goals

Perms are back, in a big way. Not only can you now perm your eyebrows, but... well that was sort of it on the perm themed looks for a while there. We told you. Valentina Petrenko is a senator that represents the Republic of Khakassia. She's 62-years-old and she has the greatest hairdo known to man. https://twitter.com/cnqmdi/status/969619950959759362 Apparently, Petrenko is somewhat of a celebrity over in Russia and, understandably, it's all to do with her intense perm and less to do with her Federation Council Committee social policies. Despite all the fame and fortune that naturally comes with donning such a look, Petrenko has said that she's actually a bit sick of having to talk about her hair all the time. We wouldn't be. She told Newsweek:

"I’m so tired of answering these questions. I just have curly hair. I lift it upwards with some hairpins, that is all."

Now, in fairness Petrenko, a good few of us have curly hair too and if we lifted it up with hairpins our hair would not look like that. Teach us your secrets, please.
