For years I’ve blamed my dog, assuming the adorable mutt has been hoarding them in pastures afar. I’ve thought maybe I’ve dropped some on the way to and from the dryer. I’ve also looked suspiciously at roommates and companions.
The reality is so much more innocent.
It seems the dryer is, in fact, eating them.
