Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s rose tattoo has been voted the world celebrity tattoo of all time.

The X Factor judge shocked fans when she revealed the elaborate design on her back, bottom and thighs and according to Daily Mail, a poll of 1,000 has seen it voted as the worst tattoo ever.

The design was completed by Nikko Hurtado and is believed to have cost in the region of £12,000 but while it may not have been a hit with fans, Cheryl said she is happy with the finished product.

“It was really painful but I think I’m done with tattoos now. It wasn’t for any particular reason, I just liked the design. It took 15 hours in total,” she said.
