This bizarre trick for fixing a broken nail with a tea bag actually works

This is impressive.

This is impressive.

It might be an over-used stereotype, but for some people, breaking a nail is the worst.

If you have the type of nails that actually grow and have a nice shape (and haven’t been ruined by biting them) we can completely understand why this can be a pain.

One woman has posted her solution to fixing a broken nail and it seems to actually work. The unnamed woman in the video uses your everyday, household tea bag to repair a broken nail.

The video posted by Eyeliner Addicts on Facebook has been viewed over 25 million times and it’s pretty impressive.

The woman simply cuts a small piece of the netting from the bag, big enough to fit the nail. She then paints her nail with clear nail varnish, dabs the netting on, paints over it and files the excess off.

Easy and quick.

Some of those commenting on the video say that tissue also works but the tea bag has slightly stronger material so it might be best to go with that.
