Sweeping product back and forth won't cover anything so instead you need to make a "stamp" on the spot in question.
After putting concealer right on to the offending area, you can then blend out the edges of the product using either your fingers or a small concealer brush.
Ricky recommends stick concealer for covering spots but as they are "full-coverage", a little product will go a long way.
Oh, and when choosing a shade of concealer, never go lighter as it will only serve to draw attention to the pimple and make it looks bigger (am, no thanks).
Spots can occur at any age and it's no fun but at least there's products, tips and tricks to help us mask problem pimples.
