As much as we love nail art, we’ve often wondered if there’s a way to try out new crazes before committing to the trend.
A new feature launched as part of Metaverse Makeovers MM Nails app is about to do just that as it allows you to apply animations to your nails.
You can then take videos of the effects including purple feathers, sparkles, butterflies and fireworks before sending them to your friends and sharing them across different social media sites.
Speaking to Mashable, Thea Baumann, CEO of Metaverse Makeovers said: “Virtual GIFs pop from the surface of our fashion nails. 3D emoji fly out of your fingers”.
Although the app is free, it only works with Metaverse press-on nails which are a little expensive with prices starting from $22.50.
However, seeing as it combines two popular crazes, Snapchat and nail art, we can see plenty of other apps getting on board with this idea.
