One book all Gilmore Girls fans need to read this autumn

Gilmore Girls season is upon us

There's no doubt many of you will be tuning into the cozy show for the millionth time this autumn. Watching Gilmore Girls is a tradition, but it does get in the way of my reading list.

It seems like everyone is slowly starting to string up fairy lights, light their pumpkin-scented candles, and start watching one or two (or a dozen) episodes of Gilmore Girls. The evenings are getting colder and darker so it really is the perfect time for it.

But if you're looking for an extra dose of Gilmore joy then there's one biography you need to get your hands on this month.

Kelly Bishop, who plays the legendary Emily Gilmore on the show, has finally written a memoir.

The memoir has already gone to the top of my reading list for September.
