Love Island winner Davide Sanclimenti has suffered a serious fall after a roller blading accident, and all we can say is ouch!
After winning this year’s series with girlfriend Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, the Italy native went to support her as she prepares for the upcoming series of Dancing On Ice.
Practising his moves on roller blades rather than ice skates, Davide seemed to take things a little bit too far as he tried to match her skills and it didn’t end well.
The businessman shared a video of him roller-skating on his Instagram story yesterday with the caption “Wait for it…”
It wasn’t long before he slipped like a cartoon character on a banana peel and landed straight on his back.
Fans can only assume he’s fine after the accident and there were no major injuries other than a blow to his dignity as he happily posted the video.
The Love Island winners recently took a major step in their relationship after moving in together, but Davide already has his eyes set on a wedding.
The reality stars spoke to OK! about taking the next step and he seems pretty keen on tying the knot.
He told the publication that they don’t have any concrete plans but said Ekin-Su is the one for him.
He said, “We’re just enjoying things. We’re very close to each other, we love each other.”
Ekin-Su added, “You can’t plan marriage. I can’t say, “In a year I’m going to marry.”
Davide said it will “come by itself, probably soon.”
He added, “She’s wife material.”
