Earlier today, we ran a story reporting on AntMcPartlin’s admission into rehab as he battles with substance abuse, prescription drugs, and drinking.
Thankfully, the hugely popular TV presenter has a close network of people around him including his wife Lisa and longtime colleague and friend, Declan Donnelly.
Reports say that Ant confided in Declan about the trouble he’s been having before checking into rehab and Dec has taken to social media to thank fans for all the support shown to his best buddy.
A message posted on the duo’s official Twitter account, which has a following of 6.58 million, read:
“Thank you for all the kind messages and well wishes for the big fella. He will be touched. Your support is, as ever, much appreciated”.
