Jennifer Aniston reportedly adopting a baby girl
A massive congrats to her, if true.
Jennifer Aniston is reportedly in the process of adopting a baby girl.
According to reports, the star will reveal the happy alleged news during the eagerly anticipated Friends reunion. Filmed last week, the two-hour special will bring the cast of the popular sitcom back together, but seemingly, it's not just the series that Jen will be discussing.
Closer reports that the actor, who played Rachel Green in the long running sitcom, is currently adopting a baby girl from Mexican orphanage, Casa Hogar Sion. Jen's rep, however, has said that the story is a "fabrication."
“Jen felt the reunion was the perfect time to make her baby announcement to the whole gang," a source told the publication. "While the girls already knew – as they see each other regularly – she thought it would be special to tell the boys when they were all together, as she rarely sees them these days due to their busy lives and work commitments.
“Spending almost every waking hour together for a decade, they lived through every detail of each other’s lives and supported each other through all their hard times including Courteney’s fertility struggles and Jen’s painful divorce from Brad Pitt."
Now, other than the above unknown source, there is absolutely nothing else to suggest that Jen is indeed adopting a child.
In fact, given that such a story was circulated back in 2011 - and discredited by Jen herself - it may not even be true at all. Rumours that the star was intending to adopt from the same orphanage began when Jen was married to Justin Theroux.
Denying the stories back then, Jen shut that particular idea down pretty quickly. And now, 10 years on, her rep has done the very same.
The Friends reunion was filmed in LA earlier this month. The two hour special is set to air on HBO Max later this year.
