Confirmed: Lena Dunham has broken up with her boyfriend of five years

It’s all over.

Lena Dunham has broken up with her boyfriend of five years, Jack Antonoff.

Both of the stars confirmed the news to People, saying that it was an amicable split.

“It was mutual. Jack and Lena were growing apart and it just made sense for them to end their relationship where it was.

“They want the best for each other no matter what. They are both moving on.”

The pair were last seen together this time last year at a pre-Grammy party, however, she did write an essay about Jack for Variety in October 2017.

Neither Lena or Jack have commented on the news.
