You can’t keep up with them.

When Harry and Meghan wed, it was announced that they would be getting official royal titles from the Queen, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex no less.

Now, it seems as though Pippa Middleton is to get a royal title too although interestingly, this has nothing to do with the Queen.

Confused? Yes, us too.

So, the reason for Pippa’s rumoured royal title is rather long-winded and it’s all to do with a property purchased by her father-in-law, David Matthews.

The hotelier owns the 10,000-acre property, located a mere 15 miles from the famed Loch Ness and when he purchased it, he automatically became the ‘Laird of Glen Affric’.

The title will be passed to James in time and when this happens, Pippa will also be bestowed with a title.

According to The Telegraph, Pippa could become Lady Glen Affric in time and it does suitably posh when all is said and done.

This isn’t the first time this story has been reported either for The Express previously discussed the possibility of these royal titles but there’s every chance the couple will decide to forego the option.

Pippa and James recently celebrated their first wedding anniversary and they are expecting their first child although the 34-year-old’s due date yet has not been revealed.

It’s an exciting time for the Matthews family as Spencer, younger brother of James, and Vogue Williams are set to welcome a baby boy in August.
