Adele is one of the celebs included.

Buying a new phone, while great can be a bit of a nuisance when it comes to getting all your numbers back again.

A woman who recently bought a new iPhone in the UK got a bit confused after adding her mum’s phone number only to find that there were numerous other ‘mums’ in her contact list.

This was apparently because on an iCloud glitch which meant that a large quantity on phone numbers from other people’s phones were sitting in her contacts.

Sophie Highfield, 31, then realised that some of the numbers belonged to several well-known English stars.

The iPhone 5s which she bought from Three Mobile contained numbers of celebs with perhaps the most impressive name in her contacts being Adele.

‘I didn’t notice it at first because the contacts aren’t in my address book but when I go into messages to send a text and type in the letter ‘A’, it comes up with ‘A’ for Adele.’ Sophie said according to Metro.

Other well-known English people such as Matt Willis, Emma Bunton, Gok Wan, Lynda Bellingham, and Olympian Greg Rutherford.

Random contacts also come up such as babysitters and subway strangers.

‘I feel like it is a data breach. I’ve not been entirely sure what to do. It’s kind of a big thing. I haven’t purchased these numbers, they’ve just fallen into my hands.’

No word on whether Sophies texted or called any of them yet, but you’d be pretty tempted.
