The former president and first lady have talked about producing shows that highlight inspirational stories and people.
The publication has revealed that the number of episodes and format of the show has not yet been confirmed, but it will indeed be a full series consisting of a few episodes.
It also noted that Barack doesn't intend to use the series to criticise his successor, Donald Trump, or other political opponents.... but sure we all knew Barack wouldn't stoop to that level anyway.
Obama's senior adviser, Eric Schultz, told the website: "President and Mrs Obama have always believed in the power of storytelling to inspire.
"Throughout their lives, they have lifted up stories of people whose efforts to make a difference are quietly changing the world for the better.
"As they consider their future personal plans, they continue to explore new ways to help others tell and share their stories."
One thing's for sure though; we're very excited about this (and to have Barack and Michelle back in our lives).
