The star said that she was told to stay quiet for a long time.

The past few weeks has seen Britney Spears speak out against her family, as well as her experience in the conservatorship.

Yesterday, however, the star told her 32 million followers that she has plenty more to share.

Britney shared a picture of a graphic with dice spelling out the phrase: “One day at a time.”

In her caption, she wrote that she is “not even close” to sharing her full experience.

The singer wrote: “So I said “life goes on” in one of my recent posts but it’s always easier said than done !!!

“In that moment that’s what felt was the easiest to say but I think we all know that I will never be able to let go and fully move on until I’ve said all I needed to say … and I’m not even close !!!!

“I was told to stay quiet about things for so long and I finally feel like I’m just getting here.”

She signed her message off with three doves, symbolising peace.

As the legal case over her conservatorship continues, Britney has spoken to the court directly to share her experience.

In one testimony, she said that the conservatorship was “abusive” and asked for it to be ended.

She said: “It is my wish and dream for all of this to end. I want my life back.

“After I’ve told the whole world I’m OK, it’s a lie. I’m not happy, I can’t sleep, I’m depressed, I cry every day.

“I truly believe this conservatorship is abusive. My request is to end the conservatorship without being evaluated like before.”

More recently, Spears says that she wants her father to be charged with “abuse”.

Britney said that her father has “extreme abandonment issues”, and that she was “extremely scared” of him. She told the court that she feared he would “show up drunk somewhere and embarrass her”.

Last week, she was allowed to appoint her own lawyer.
