Christy Moore is a bona fide Irish legend (in my opinion at least).
The unrivaled musician appeared on The Late Late Show last night and chatted away to Ryan Tubridy, in addition to showcasing his talents.
He spoke of how Ed Sheeran wanted him to play support at his Croke Park gigs last year but with Ed having a younger audience, he declined.
However, he did teach him Molly Malone which Ed proudly performed at said concerts.
Christy also said that Ed gifted him a specially made guitar and that the A-Team singer was "a lovely young man" and "very very special".
