The latest Aladdin casting has got people talking.

Rumours about who is playing who have been moving faster than a flying carpet - but it's shaping up to be a fantastic cast. Mena Massoud will be playing the live action version of Prince Ali, and Power Rangers' Naomi Scott will be playing Jasmine. And, of course, Will Smith will be tackling Robin Williams' iconic Genie. It's now been confirmed that Dutch-Tunisian actor Marwan Kenzari will be playing the role of Jafar, the Sultan's evil adviser. And the announcement sent fans into a frenzy - but not quite for the reason you'd except.
