Great news, Toy Story fans – we’ve finally got our first look at the eagerly anticipated fourth movie.
Yes, Toy Story 4 is a go and now to get the fans excited, Pixar has released the first teaser trailer and we’re feeling all the emotions as a result.
The nearly two-minute long teaser was posted just a short while ago and it’s already amassed hundreds of thousands of views.
The short video shows all our favourite toys back together again – Woody, Buzz, Mr and Mrs Potato Head, Rex, Slinky, the lot.
However, there was one new face in the mix who popped up at the end to scream, “I don’t belong here!”
We’re absolutely buzzing for the movie’s release despite the knowledge that we’ll be left an emotional wreck by the time the credits roll.
Tom Hanks himself admitted that he got so emotional while recording the final scenes, he couldn't even face the crew.
"It was the first time that we were going to be recording the end of the movie, and Toy Story 4 is going to have an impactful ending.
“The way you record Toy Story, you're in a room with the team that has created it," he explained.
"When I went in for my last day of recording, I wanted to have my back to them, because usually, you're facing the director so he can look right up and you can talk about it.
"But I didn't want to see them and pretend they couldn't see me. When I realised what they were going for, I realised, 'Oh, this is a moment in history.'"
