Five of the best things coming to Netflix this month

Ready to start watching something new?

Even though the sun is still shining until ten o’clock every night and it’s an ideal time to catch a few rays, there’s no harm in staying indoors to watch a cheeky episode or two of your favourite show on a hot summer evening.

So if you do get sick of the heat over the next week or so, you can put some popcorn on, get your pjs on and get comfy indoors.

We all know Netflix has heaps of shows, films and documentaries but they are adding even more to their platform this month.

Here are some that we think you should look out for.

1. Orange Is The New Black: Season 6 (27th July)

All you die-hard Orange Is the New Black fans will be glad to hear that it is back with the sixth season. In the wake of the rampage last season, the women are taken to maximum security prison. Will they face get in even more trouble than last time? You’ll have to watch and find out.

2. Anne with an E: Season 2 (6th July)

The next instalment of LM Montgomery’s novel is finally here. In the second season starring Amybeth McNulty, Anne’s beloved world of Green Gables becomes a much bigger place. Anne really grows up and you’ll see her learn lessons about love, loss and becoming an adult.

3. The Joel McHale Show with Joel McHale: Part 2 (15th July)

A weekly comedy commentary show, Joel is a charismatic host who tends to mix current and trending news, what’s happening in pop culture, all the latest from Twitter and the likes. Check it out if you fancy an enjoyable evening full of laughter.

4. El Chapo: Season 3 (coming soon)

El Chapo is back with a bang. The Mexican drug lord seeks to expand his empire around the world. It’s a whirlwind adventure as always, in this season he meets a famous actress along the way to whom he pitches his complicated real-life story.

5. How It Ends (13th July)

You may find yourself on the edge of your seat watching this, a desperate father goes on a cross-country journey to get back together with his pregnant girlfriend.
