Hit series Into the Badlands is back filming in Ireland – and they’re looking for plenty of extras to join the cast.

The US martial arts drama is holding an open casting call at the Draíocht Theatre in Blanchardstown Shopping Centre on September 14.

Producers are keen to find people of Asian, black and Hispanic adults for several roles in the third series, which stars Orla Brady, Sarah Bolger and Daniel Wu.

MovieExtras.ie are also looking for people to work on the set of a New York based thriller.

Neil Jordan’s The Widow, starring Chloe Grace Moretz, Maika Monroe and Isabelle Huppert, will be filming in Dublin.

Producers are keen to find people of the same look for several roles during the production.

Derek Quinn, managing director of MoviesExtras.ie said:

“This is a great opportunity to work behind the scenes of a major movie and to be part of a really popular US TV series.

“Also, a great way to get some extra cash for Christmas. Generally the pay for a day will be €100 (ranging from €83 to €130).

“You could be on set four or five times a month, so you could earn as much as €2,000 before the New Year.”

Anybody interested in being in either production can sign up here.
