The James Bond rumour mill is one that always seems to be spinning.

Idris Elba, Richard Madden and Tom Hardy have all been linked to the role (and tbh, we’re down with any of them.)
However, this week, one of our own was linked to the role of James Bond, and we NEED it to happen.
The STUNNING Cillian Murphy is rumoured now to be taking on the iconic role, which would make him the second Irish man to play 007.
Pierce Brosnan famously played the character for years.
Yesterday, the odds on Cillian Murphy becoming Bond were rated at 7/1 but they’ve been slashed to 100/30.
And apparently that means he’s fairly likely to take on the role.
“Everybody is getting excited about the new series of Peaky Blinders and it seems as though [gamblers] are no different,”a representative from the betting site Coral said.
“We’ve been inundated with bets lately on Murphy landing the role as the next James Bond and he’s certainly a leading candidate now.”
Cillian Murphy famously plays Thomas Shelby in Peaky Blinders, a show which is in it’s final couple of seasons.
So, the timing for the next James Bond could be perfect.
PLEASE let this happen.
