Last year, Netflix revealed details of a number of documentaries that would arrive on the streaming giant in 2022 as part of efforts to cement itself as the home of true crime content.
Among these titles was The Puppet Master: Hunting The Ultimate Conman, a new series telling the story of British conman Robert Hendy-Freegard.
Now, the streamer has unveiled a first trailer and a release date for the documentary, which will land on the platform later this month.
The plot synopsis from Netflix reads:
"This three-part series tells the jaw-dropping story of one of the world's most audacious conmen who was convicted in 2005 for stealing fortunes and destroying multiple lives.
"But now, in an incredible twist, the story reaches into the present day, with a desperate family who fear for their mother's safety."
The show is billed as coming from the filmmakers behind popular documentaries Don't F**k with Cats and The Imposter which means it could be a must-watch for true crime obsessives.
Comprising of three episodes, The Puppet Master will be released on Netflix on 18 January.
