It’s been 14 years since Legally Blonde first hit cinema screens worldwide and now, Reese Witherspoon has revealed that she hopes to see a third movie, Legally Blonde 3, in the works.
The actress stated that she is ready for a third movie, and while there’s nothing said to be in the pipeline just yet, we doubt it will take too long for MGM to get this kicked into gear.
“A lot of writers over the years have come up with different ideas for it,” she explained to Fashionably Late with Rachel Zoe.
“I actually think it’s kind of great right now because we’re talking about women in politics and how important that is, to get more women.
“And I think it’d be kind of a cool thing to have her be a Supreme Court justice or someone who runs for office,” she added.
The original movie was followed by Legally Blonde: Red White and Blonde in 2003 and the Legally Blonde musical, which was created in 2007.
We think it’d be brilliant altogether!
