It looks like there’s some life-threatening drama set to rock Summer Bay which will leave police officer Kat Chapman on the brink of death.
Viewers will see Kat hanging onto a cliff-edge while she attempts to help Billie Ashford.
Following a fire at Leah’s house, Billie finds herself isolated and feeling insecure.
Despite being adamant that she has had no involvement in Leah’s house fire, the teen is left devastated when brother Ash refuses to believe her innocence while visiting her in hospital.
Billie then goes missing, with Ash, Pheobe and Ricky coordinating a search to find her. Meanwhile, Kat, who is working on her own search with the police, gets a tip-off of a sighting of a young female.
Kat arrives at the scene to find Billie sitting on the edge of a cliff.
Opening up about her personal problem, Billie tells Kat about her difficulties while Kat tries to convince Billie to come back to the hospital with her.
Unfortunately, Kat’s radio crackles with a message that Billie hears, which she wrongly then assumes is an order to arrest her.
As Billie gets dangerously close to the cliff edge, Kat lunges out to grab her but Billie moves aside.
As Kat tumbles over the edge, she manages to grab onto the rock’s edge and screams for Billie’s help.
Viewers will be left guessing whether Billie will be able to save Kat’s life…
