We can’t wait!
There was some big news for TOWIE fans this week as bosses at ITV announced that there will be six more series of the popular show.
The reality TV programme will now run until 2017.
“We are so thrilled to announce we have been commissioned for six more series of TOWIE,” said Derek McLean from production company Lime Pictures.
Not all of the familiar faces will be returning.
“It is not only the leading show for ITVBe, it is a huge priority for ITV in general.
“We want TOWIE to become an ongoing, real-life soap opera. It is just as important to ITVBe as Coronation Street or Emmerdale are to ITV. “
The news comes in the wake of Mario Falcone’s recent suspension and the revelation that Dan Osborne will not be returning to the show.
